Fueled by his love of reading, Indie Author, Russell Cowdrey introduces his audience to worlds filled with adventure and lots of history. At times, he likes to wrap his historical fiction in a sci-fi / fantasy blanket of aliens, magic, archaeology, military history, romance, and found family. Before launching his debut series of Lamentations and Magic in 2023, Russell used his imagination to innovate software and set out to follow his dream of being his own boss. Inspired by the success of other KU writers, Russell set out to write novels he enjoyed reading. After hours of research and an abundance of literature ideas, Russell's writing career came into focus. Fans of Enola Holmes adventures and Francophiles—will be trilled by the Louisa Sophia adventure series. Fans of Indiana Jones, Stargate, and The Mummy movies—will love the twists, turns and diverse perspectives in the Lamentations and Magic series. History is Magic and Research is Fun!
